IMT is used to treat the whole system by means of light manual pressure (5 grams) to release restrictions in the fascial system and to improve alignment. IMT techniques encourage proper body rhythms and energy flow in the body.
John Barnes myofascial release techniques are used to reduce pain by unwinding the fascial system. Another method to reduce pain is to reset the nervous system by performing small rhythmic movements, a technique called rebounding.

Wolf Wellness Physical Therapy is out of network for all insurance companies. Payment is taken on day of treatment and receipts/superbills with all PT and ICD10 codes are emailed to patients to submit to their insurance. Patients will be reimbursed directly from their insurance company - amount of reimbursement will vary depending on insurance plan's out of network coverage.
